You are ALWAYS better off going to a board certified allergist who can help you get a reliable diagnosis and help you with any dietary changes and such.

- When Faith and Food Allergies Collide is a must read article by MI Gluten-free Gal! It echoes so much of what I believe personally. We'd all agree that the homes of food allergy/intolerant, diabetic, Celiac, etc. kids need to be safe. We'd also probably argue that schools of said kids also need to be safe. However, have we ever considered that churches and church activities also need to be safe for these kids? I think it's time we did...
