At the time of publication, all recipes were free of the allergens listed as being free of in the title (i.e. soy-free, milk-free, etc.), and all other information shared was accurate to the best of my knowledge.
Though I strive to update outdated information quickly and work diligently to make sure you have the most accurate information possible at all times, it is your duty to double check labels EVERY TIME to ensure that the ingredients you use are SAFE FOR YOU.

If you would like to contact me for any reason, feel free to do so by either commenting wherever you are allowed to comment or by sending me an email. I will do my best to respond to all emails, comments and questions in a timely fashion.

I would ask that you send me an email with your name, name of your site with a link and information about it. I always like to link back to any site that uses my information if at all possible. If you request to use my information anonymously through a comment and I cannot get ahold of you, your request will be denied. I'm sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
