At the time of publication, all recipes were free of the allergens listed as being free of in the title (i.e. soy-free, milk-free, etc.), and all other information shared was accurate to the best of my knowledge.
Though I strive to update outdated information quickly and work diligently to make sure you have the most accurate information possible at all times, it is your duty to double check labels EVERY TIME to ensure that the ingredients you use are SAFE FOR YOU.
Your doctor or allergist should also be your first go-to for information on how to handle your medical needs. That being said, if you DO notice an error, please send me an email letting me know (tell me what page or recipe the error is on, what the error is, etc.), and I will correct the error ASAP.
Thank you so much!

Please Be Advised:
I make sure all of my recipes use foods that are free of the allergens they say they are free of. You will need to do the same. For help with this, please see the appropriate "Alternative Names" page for the allergen(s) you need the recipe free of.

The Best Of 2013 {Link-Up}

Happy New Year, all! :)  I wish you all the best in 2014.  May you accomplish all your goals and even exceed them.  May you be granted peace, love and joy in the greatest forms and capacities.  May you make new friends, realize life-long dreams and know that I am praying for you and always will be. :)
Before we plunge head first into 2014, I thought it would be nice to review 2013.  Over the next few days, I would like you to join me in sharing some of the best of your posts from 2013 via the link-up below.  You can link up anything you wish, including link-ups of your own (more details below), as long as they cover 2013.  I will be sharing the link-up here and on Fibro, Fit and Fab!  I hope you will check out all the posts linked up and link up some of yours as well. :)
Here are some of my favorite recipes from this year:

Next up, the guest recipe that was most popular in 2013, with nearly 1,770 views:
(Wheat, Nut, Milk, Egg and Fish-Free, Can Be Soy-Free)
(shared by Justine Levine of A Half Baked Life)
And, last but not least, my favorite recipe of 2013 is:

Super Easy Stroganoff
